RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Since each of our products is handmade, there may be tiny imperfections and differences in colour, shape, and size, which are a clear indication of the effort of passion that went into creating them. And because these are not considered flaws, they are not eligible for a refund or a replacement.


Additionally, we box your products with the highest care and strength. However, you must contact us at hello@satyakihome.com within 24 hours of receiving your item if there was any damage during shipment. Please provide your order number and unboxing video in the comments.


Within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, you must record a video of the parcel being unboxed (beginning with the moment you open it). Also, confirm that the video is genuine and not in any way fabricated. Videos with any strange cuts or edits won't be taken into consideration.

We do not provide return services due to the fragile nature of ceramics. If you prefer a replacement for the damaged item to a refund, that would be added to your subsequent Satyaki Home order.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the exclusive right to provide resolution in the manner we see legit. Every refund or replacement request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that we are unable to render refunds in cases where we have received an incomplete or erroneous mailing address, if our shipping company has made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if the recipient declines the item being shipped.
